Show full search term in History in the Screening/Tagging#26

When looking at History under the Screening tag of inspecting a study close-up, it would be nice to be able to see the full search term that captured a given study when you hover over it or click on it––right now you can only see the first part of the search term, which isn’t necessarily helpful to me because nearly all of my search terms start out the same way.
