Importing EndNote library directly?#403

Hi, guys. When I try to import my EndNote library, NK will not let me because it is not “.ris,”. “.txt,” or .”nbib.” Any way to import an EndNote library directly?

When I download .ris files on my computer, EndNote automatically turns them into an EndNote library (a .enl file).

I do not know what a .ris file is (ASCII?). It is not obvious how to export an EndNote library as an .ris file, although I understand that you can use something called Zotero to do this.

I am not an EndNote user, but I would be surprised if it did not have a RIS export option (sometimes called Refman).

Perhaps something like this guide outlines? Note, the file would need a .ris extension to be treated as a RIS by our system.

Yes, you can export in an Refman output style. I can look into this and try to add a couple of tips to the wiki.
