Change number of patients in categorical DE's#406

Because there is typically a number of patients who drop out of a study, I commonly have to change the n value when extracting data elements. We aren’t able to do this in categorical variables that I know of, and it would be great if we could get a “Total” box where this N could be entered - as it is in dichotomous and continuous variables.

Attached is the highlighted box that we should have for categorical variables as well.

Thanks Kristen! We automatically calculate a “N” for the categorical variables based on adding together all data gathered in the boxes, so that should reflect the N adjusted for loss-to-follow-up.

I’ve seen another request for being able to edit the N for categorical variables, though, so you can see what Jade and Nicole asked for there! (https://nested-knowledge.nolt.io/346)
