highlighting doesn't transfer when merging tags#425

It’d be great to be able to keep the highlighting of the tag as you merge.

Couldn’t agree more! I think the same should apply for the excerpt. LMK if you disagree with the following:

• If the target tag (tag being merged into) wasn’t applied, we copy the excerpt/annotation
• If the target tag was applied, we do not copy the excerpt/annotation
