Sort collaborators names in admin alphabetically#426

Honestly should have written this post months ago! It’s a small thing, but it’s super annoying to try and find people to see if they’re added.

Thanks Nicole! You’re correct, we don’t offer alphabetical or similar ordering of users in the AutoLit Admin menu. Happy to consider that or any similar ordering method!
