I’ve noticed that when tagging certain people in a comment in NK, if you type “@” and then more than 1 letter of their name, then you no longer get any dropdown options to select, which seems odd to me. It’s weird to me because this happens with Jillienne and John, but doesn’t happen with other names (e.g., Nicole or Kristen)

Woah! I almost didn’t believe you, until I tried a nest with specifically Jill and it didn’t work. We’ll dig in!

On first glance, it seems like we’re only searching the user’s email, not their full name; that results in bad search results if the user’s email doesn’t contain their first name.

That’s correct– it’s not searching by name!
