The ability to extract data at multiple timepoints is an important update, but I don’t think the different timepoints are displayed when exporting data as a .csv file. Hopefully I didn’t miss something important on how to handle this, but I still think it would best if timepoints were automatically included in the data for exporting. Simply adding an extra column for the timepoint of each variable would be good way forward.
Note: I used this nest an example: https://nested-knowledge.com/gather/649
When looking at the extracted data, you’ll notice that the outcome variable “Distal Emboli and/or ENT” was sometimes collected shortly after the operation (1hr) and sometimes collected at 90 days. However, the distinction is not apparent when you download “Extracted Data”

Thanks John, agreed! Is this an immediate pain point (requiring assistance from an NK to get the sheet you need), or can it wait a few days?

Not at all immediate! Was easy for me to go in and get the data we needed. There will probably be a few more upcoming projects where this will be needed though (will notify you and team as needed). Will be exciting once this is implemented in the software. Thanks!

Do you have thoughts on how we might handle timepoint units? For example, we could do:
I lean towards the first for accuracy, but it’s more difficult to read / requires the user to typically do a unit conversion before analysis.

Good question. I agree that the first option is better. Some may disagree and would prefer the simpler version, but I am in favor of accuracy/completeness of reporting.

Thanks, John, agreed two columns for accuracy. We’ll have this in the next release!

We snuck this into release 1.42.0. Let me know if this is up to snuff. Thanks for the help John!

Thanks for completing so fast! Saw the update and it looks great.
