Currently, the screening process is a bit tedious, requiring 3 clicks to exclude a single study. The request is to feature all exclusion reasons at once, and excluding a study would be as simple as clicking on the correct exclusion button.
Mock-up included below.

I love this idea. Depending on how you are screening, an exclude will take 2 or 3 clicks. And it’s the majority action you’ll be taking!
I’m trying to think of how we could position this in the UI; your mock up is good, but we need some way to specify which reasons we make readily available, without piling 20 buttons into the form. Maybe we add a toggle to exclusion reasons under the “Configure Screening” page; something like “Rapid Option” (needs a better name :D) that allows it to be shown at the top level of the screening form.

@Dnikitin I’m going to start exploring options for how we can make this happen! Thanks for the feedback.

Completed in release 1.45.0. Let us know what you think!

@Karl Holub Just tried this out on 10 refs and it works! The scroll to show all exclusion reasons is buttery smooth on my browser (Firefox). Well done!

Glad to hear! We have a couple small tune ups coming in next release (e.g. https://nested-knowledge.nolt.io/461), so the experience should improve further :)
Thanks for proposing this feature, btw. We estimate that we could have saved users 500,000+ clicks had we implemented screening this way from the start… Glad we fixed it now!
