Email notification settings granularity#455

I get email notices when a member requests to join an organization that I am an admin of. I’d like to turn off admin request emails, but keep on comment/mentions notifications.

An easier fix would be to change my status from Admin to User in the org that I am not monitoring, but notification configuration gives users more control and would be nice to have.
