
When clicking on the bottom left “Contact Support” button in AutoLit, it takes the user nowhere, I think it’s supposed to populate an email, but many users may have a block so this isn’t happening.


Great point. This is a browser/platform specific problem, and this is a really important button.
@Jeffrey Johnson Should this open a modal where we display the email address (in case the browser rejects mailto)? We could also display other support options there.

I mentioned it to Jeff a while ago, but I can’t remember what we discussed as a potential fix, I think it was to fix my browser, which I can figure out how to do, but for outside users, I don’t think they will try that hard to fix it.

Definitely agreed - it’s just bad UX. We’ll make the email address available in all cases!

Yeah Karl I like your solution! I also changed the support page; it now shows the email address so people can copy and paste if clicking fails them.
