Highlight selected exclusion reason in screening#461

When I hover my cursor over the desired exclusion reason, I’d like a visual indicator of which one is about to be selected. Since there’s no confirmation period, it’d be nice. The gray-white alternating color helps, but it can still be tricky to see which reason is selected.

Overall, the new screening looks great and I’m sure it will speed up reviews!

Thanks Kathryn! I like the idea, now that this is one-click I totally see the need to be absolutely sure you’re selecting the right reason. In the meantime, aim for the middle of the row :)

Agreed Kathryn. This was part of my original design for the feature, I’ll make sure this get’s implemented!

We also have a hiccup in Include button in sequential screening, which we can clean up with this.
