The Ability to Resolve Comments#468

When working with many people on a nest, it can get confusing managing all the comments. Can there be a way to indicate (1) if you have clicked on the comment before and (2) a way to resolve the comment.

Thanks for the feedback Evelyn- I understand the issue you’re identifying. I think we’ll need to decide what record keeping mechanism to use:

  • Manually resolving a coment (e.g. via a button or check box)
  • Marking comments as viewed

Additionally, how to display that information in the UI:

  • Color (e.g. background color of the comment
  • Collapsability
  • Iconography
