Importing Tagging Hierarchy - missing nests to import#473

Hi Karl and Kevin, when going to import a tagging hierarchy, the list of nests to chose from isn’t complete. I am looking for a recent SME nest that I made, but it isn’t listed.

Hi Kristen, in order to appear in that listing, your organization (SME) needs to own the nest. Is that the case?

Nests are auto-assigned (ownership) to the org you belong to upon creation, but you belong to two orgs (NK & SME), so it’s possible this isn’t working as smoothly as you’d hope.

Also–We changed how templating works– you need to create Org Templates of any hierarchy you’d like to copy in, and make sure that the source nest for the template AND the nest you want to use it in are Owned by SME. Yep, that makes sense! I just changed the owner and I can see it now, it’s just not importing again because the button “Import Entire Hierarchy” isn’t linking correctly. If you could help me out, that’d be great for this one.

I don’t have access to SME’s org - I think you should be able to click the button by clicking the far right edge of it. Sorry, I know this situation stinks! We’re on it.

Sorry you have to go through the pain and suffering of buttons that don’t work properly! We’ll alert you here when that’s fixed

I wouldn’t go as far to say it is pain and suffering! haha Because I’m building two similar nests at once, I’m still playing around with importing. Thanks!

This was resolved in release 1.47.0. Thanks for pointing it out Kristen!
