Subscribe Now/Buy Now from home page#482

Make purchasing subscriptions accessible from the home page. Requiring wiki instructions on how to subscribe, and burying under account setttings, might prevent users from subscribing.

This might require users to create an account after navigating to buy now. Some platforms match users to existing organizations based on email address, and appear to initialize new organizations from the set-up/payment page.

@Kathryn Cowie We’re currently working on other changes to our landing page, we’ll see if we can just sneak this in!

The main complication is that we require a sign-in to purchase, so how do we get a user to sign-in or register non-intrusively.
