Error Uploading Full Text#489

I am going through the review of my articles but when I tried to upload the full text it gives me an error and tells me to write to you. Please, how can I solve the problem?

Hi Maria, I just followed up by email, but this is a bug introduced recently by our new bulk FT-import feature. We’re working now to restore this function. Thanks for reporting!
