Adding possiblity to choose highlight colors for custom key-words in abstract screening#490

Would be great to add a feature where you can choose custom highlight colors for the customisable key words in the abstract screening. Maybe a color wheel? It would be way more useful than just the same blue underline for every keyword.

Agreed, this would be cool! Within a nest, do you think the colors should be per-user or global?

This was added in release 1.61.0.

1. User keywords are now highlighted via a background color, just as PICOs.
2. You modify user keywords by clicking on the “User Keywords” text; color can be changed by hovering over the colored circle.
