Form based Tagging bug#499

When using form based tagging. If I change the text before hitting the apply button, the text disapears. I have to type a word, hit apply and then go back into the tag to modify it.

Hi Evelyn, thanks for calling this out. We identified this bug post-release 1.57.0, which introduced by abstract annotation for tagging. We have a bugfix prepared for next release (inside 24 hours). I’ll update here upon correction. I’m sorry for the trouble in the meantime!

Hi Karl, i am still experiencing the issue. I highlighted the text and clicked on it to add details but it disappeared.

Also when I click back in to modify, the apply button does not light up and I cannot save my changes.

Hi Evelyn, could you refresh the page? If you’re on a stale tab, you may encounter the same behavior as before.
