I clear out my history and cookies every time, but the site keeps crashing whenever I am tagging from study inspector. It always happens and I would have to exit the page, thus interfering with my progress. Is there a way to reduce or prevent this, aside from having to constantly clear out my cache?
Hi Eloise, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. That’s certainly not our intended behavior, let’s figure out what’s going on:
Feel free to email me (karl.holub@nested-knowledge.com) if preferred. Thanks!
Hi Karl! To answer your questions:
Thanks for your quick response!
Great. It looks like your nest is configured for form based tagging. Does it tend to crash immediately after you click Apply/Not Relevant? Or does it occur with some amount of delay (or seemingly unrelated to any action you take)?
Yes, the nest uses form-based tagging. The crash appears to occur randomly, no matter which action I take. Additionally, whenever I try to highlight the title/author on an article from the study inspector list, it closes the pop-up box and I immediately get reverted to the main list. Is that normal?

Does it happen immediately following an action (e.g. you click apply and we crash immediately) or with some delay? Does this happen reproducibly (consistently) or does it only happen some times?

Are you highlighting right-to-left? If so, your mouse may be landing & clicking outside the study modal. Clicks outside of modals result in the modal being closed.
