Record-keeping for searches that return zero results#515

We’re updating a CER and some of the searches are returning 0 results in the update time period. Since NK counts these as having never been run, they don’t show up in the CER builder documents. We can just enter them in the word documents ourselves, so it’s not a huge hassle, but it would be nice to be able to use NK’s record-keeping to keep track of searches performed even if they yield zero results, especially for updates.

Hey Erin– thanks for submitting! We totally recognize the annoyance of having to edit these outputs. For now, thanks for editing within the Word document; likely, to improve exports, we’re more likely to give greater control/flexibility in export types rather than trying to perfect CER Builder. So, this may be solved by general Export improvements, but please let me know if this becomes a great deal more painful in case CER Builder needs a specific fix. Thanks!
