Numbered Exclusion Reasons#542

Would it be possbile to allow users to assign numbers to exclusion reasons to exclude papers via number pad. Obviously this would only allow 9 (or 10 with 0) reasons to be assigned but that should cover the most common reasons for any given project.

We’ve got “Hotkeys for Exclusion” coming through :) I think we used exactly this outline of numbers.
