Tag application details hidden for last tag in the list#550

When trying to view the details of who applied the last tag/when, the pop up is hidden underneath the select tag menu. Resizing the window and the tagging interface (smaller or bigger) doesn’t seem to have any effect. Displaying it over the top of whatever is below would be ideal. Thanks!
