Related report search not showing results/timing out#560

When I try to search in the related reports interface, sometimes no results show up (no drop down list of studies/nothing happens) and I get a timed out error page (currently ~90% of the time). I’ve tried searching for author names and title words that I know are in the nest, and still don’t get any results. I’ve had this happen in the past 1-2 days in multiple nests, including ones where related report functions previously worked fine. Tried it on Firefox and Chrome. I’m assuming it’s a bug introduced with the recent related reports changes, but let me know if there’s anything I should try on my end to resolve it!

Thanks Erin– I noticed similar perfromance degradation more broadly in our monitoring logs. We’re looking into it!

Should be resolved as of release 1.89.6. Please let me know if you’re not seeing a resolution. Sorry for the slow turnaround on this one Erin, I’m sure it was quite annoying!

It’s fixed for me, thanks Karl! I like that it shows the related report family name in the search results too now.
