The first part is pretty simple, if I sent an invitation for someone to join my organisation and it’s still pending, I can’t cancel it. It leaves him teh option to accept even if I don’t want to add him any more for any reason.
With large number of members in the organization, it becomes hard to follow the activity, it would be great if there are any stats on members activit or usage to dteremine whether to revoke the access paid for by the organization or not.
Thank you for considering both and for all your efforts!

Could you expand on (1)? This capability already exists under the “Invite Members” button on the organization management page, just click the trash can icon to revoke the invite.
(2) is more tricky, since users can belong to multiple organizations. We might be able to do “last access to a nest owned by this organization” and/or a similar volume-based measure (e.g. accesses in the last 30 days).

Thank you for your prompt response!
I double-checked and it seems I can do it in one organization but not the other, the only difference is that I am the owener of the former but an admin in the latter so, shouldn’t I be able to cancel my own invitations even if I am just an admin?
For the other feature, yes, any indicator should be good enough, and for privacy reasons I don’t need any information from other organizations anyway so, just organization-specific activity should be all needed.

Ah, thanks for pointing this out! I just did an audit, and for some reason, we only allow deletion of invites to email addresses without an NK account. Invites to existing NK accounts cannot be deleted.
This doesn’t seem reasonable to me, but I’ll consult our specification prior to saying we can change the behavior just in case there’s something I’m not considering.

Disregard ^, I misread our code, the invite should be deletable in all cases. Something looks wrong about the rendering of your invite table, the trash icons should always be visible, and there’s a strange scrollbar on the right of your table. What browser are you using here? Is it an up to date version?

Thank you for checking!
I am using up-to-date version of firefox. Based on your feedback, I tried chrome and the icon is available, which is strange, but I guess this problem is solved now, thanks!

That is strange, and good to know– I can replicate this problem on FF too. We aim for support on FF in addition to Chrome, so we’ll try to get this ironed out. Thanks for reporting!

Glad I was able to help catching this!
Thank you for working in it and instant action! You’re the best Karl!

Resolved in release 1.92.0, thanks again Sherief!

Thanks a lot for working on it Karl, I confirm it’s resolved now!
