Different units for follow-up time periods#57

It seems odd to me that when you’re extracting data, you have to convert follow-up time periods to days. A drop-down list of follow-up period units (hours, days, months, years) would be awesome; this could be part of the Data Element configuration process

Thanks for the feedback Alex, we’ll take a look at adding this!

It would be extremely helpful to have a unit conversion tool for various units that are commonly used (mg to g, ml to L, etc.). Keeping consistent units certainly is a big problem…

Thanks John - overall, we need to do a better job displaying units (in both Synthesis and AutoLit).

While automatic unit conversion may be a little ambitious (I admittedly haven’t looked into existing software for this), certainly we must to inform users of the units they’re gathering.

We’re going to knock this out with https://nested-knowledge.nolt.io/125, which should be landing in the next 1-2 weeks. Thanks for the votes :)

This improvement was launched with release 1.35.0. You’ll find the unit selection of timepoints reflected in Synthesis & exports. Thank you for your patience, and please reach out with any questions!
