Reviewer screening study inspector filter option for a specific exclusion reason + any reviewer#575

The reviewer screening filters in study inspector currently require choosing a specific user when filtering by exclusion reason. It would be nice to have an option to filter by any user (parallel to the ability to choose the “screened by” or “not screened by” options instead of a specific exclusion reason). It comes up less often than filtering by which reviewer screened, but it is useful for QC if one option was used incorrectly throughout, or if there was a placeholder option pending protocol decisions, etc. Right now we just use the advanced filter to combine filters for each reviewer involved when it comes up, but that’s less convenient, especially for big projects where 3+ people may be screening.

Good point, the ORing of 5-10 different reviewer filters sounds pretty slow/annoying, and I can see the use case (your example is compelling, a frequently mis-applied exclusion reason).
