Questions sometimes not showing up in study inspector#579

This is a very minor bug and does not affect day to day work but just wanted to ping it. Every once in a while (maybe twice a week with heavy use) the questions fail to show up in study inspector and only the tags are visible. Usually refreshing solves this issue. I am not worried about it but just wanted to note in case it matters. Thanks!

Hm, that sounds like a race condition, where we aren’t loading in your nest’s tagging configuration before we show the Tagging module to you. The default, before the tagging module has loaded in standard (non-FBT) tagging, which could explain what you’re observing. We’ll try to reproduce this issue with some timing tricks!

I unfortunately could not replicate this issue with a decent amount of prodding. Next time this recurs, could you drop a note with the context of how it occurred? Some details that would help me narrow things down:

1. Was this occurring on (only) on a stale tab? If the tab was loaded prior to release 1.101.0), we did make some backwards incompatible changes between our updated server code and the browser application; tabs running the old version of the browser app may do some goofy stuff like this while misinterpreting the server’s response.
2. Whether you were in Inspector vs the Tagging module
3. What module you were in (Tagging-in-screening or Tagging)
4. If on Inspector, whether it occurred on first opening up the study modal in inspector or as you jump through records.
