Read NCT numbers from Cochrane search results#580

Cochrane search results for CT.gov records have their NCT numbers in the author last name field, but not in the NCT field. It’s pretty easy to find these manually and get to the CT.gov record, but it would be extra convenient if the search import recognized these numbers and filled them in! It would also help with deduplication in reviews that also search CT.gov directly, or other databases that pull in trial registries, and in identifying related reports.

The NCT id is written to the AU RIS tag directly by Cochrane Library?! If so, wow, that’s ugly! Could you share an example file with us? Ideally a mix of non-NCT and NCT records.

We might be able to infer when the author indicates an NCT id using pattern matching, but it’s so weird I kind of hate doing it :p
