Data element expected values & warning messages#74

It would be great to be able to put a range of expected values when configuring data elements––that way if you make a typo or use the wrong units during data extraction, the system can give you an automated message that the value is out of the expected range! This was a super helpful feature of REDCap when I used that for clinical trials that improved data quality
