This may just apply to me, but I have a set of documents that I already curated from previous search. Is there a way to batch upload into the lit search?
Cool idea! Are they in NK?
If so, we’re doing some planning around organizational-level sharing between nests. We also have a planned RIS export feature (https://nested-knowledge.nolt.io/186) that would make this possible.
If not, what form does the “set of documents” take? Are they not able to uploaded as a RIS?
Good question - they are currently a bunch of PDFs in a folder on my computer. I have the references in Word format, so I was going to pull the Pubmid ID and upload each individually that way and attach the full text PDF…
Got it. I would love to allow you to upload a collection (e.g. zip archive) of PDFs, and either through file names, or auto-extraction of title/DOI (e.g. CERMINE) match them to records in your nest.
Our current workflow, which you’ve got right, is tedious.
Yup - no worries. Gotta walk before you run! I may also be an outlier here on the value of this for a broader segment of your current/future user base…
We have competing, identical requests here! Super popular request, so I’m very supportive of this issue, but please comment/upvote in https://nested-knowledge.nolt.io/267
